On December 4 and 5, 2025, the staff of the electronic filing office of the Records Management Office will be relocated from the UP Rectorate building (Křížkovského 8) to the new UP Archive building in Neředín.
The electronic filing office will continue to operate without interruption during this time, with data messages, information from the e-mailroom, and electronic invoices being provided via VPN.
Telephone lines 1130 and 1188 will operate as usual from December 8, 2025.
The contact filing office will remain at its current location in the UP Rector's Office building (Křížkovského 8).
