This course is designed for university staff (academic and non-academic) interested in enhancing mental health and well-being in the higher education setting.

Through interactive workshops, participants will explore the current state of well-being in academic institutions, learn methods to measure psychological wellness, and practice concrete techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and micro-pauses. They will also develop strategic steps for embedding a culture of well-being within their departments.

The course will take place online via the Zoom. Register here.
